Born in Istanbul in 1970, Cüneyt Ali Turgut graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University in 1996. Having been actively involved in the business world for many years, Turgut has served as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. since 2004.

Born in 1976, Abdullah Turgut graduated from the Business Administration Department of The American College in 1995. Having been engaged in trade for many years, Turgut served as CEO of Dost Saat Ltd. Şti. between 2006 and 2013. Since November 2013, he has continued his role as Vice Chairman of the Board at Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in 1992, İhsan Ahmet Turgut completed his studies in International Relations at Bilgi University in 2016. Between 2016 and 2019, he worked in sales, finance, and business development at Mega Metal. He founded MCore Investment, aimed at supporting startups, and Dam Living, which brings a new perspective to the construction sector with its natural designs. He currently serves as a Board Member at Mega Metal A.Ş.

Born in Istanbul in 1992, Mehmet Emin Turgut graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bilgi University in 2015. Since 2015, he has worked as a manager in various departments at Mega Metal and continues his role as a Board Member at Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in Adıyaman in 1965, Mehmet Gültekin Yıldız completed his studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1987 and began his career as a freelance lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar. Yıldız also serves as a Board Member and Legal Advisor at Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in Mersin in 1955, Enis Turan Erdoğan graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at ITU in 1976 and completed his MBA at Brunel University in England in 1979. Joining Vestel in 1988, Erdoğan served as CEO of Vestel Group from 2013 to 2023. He also held positions as President of TURKTRADE (2002-2006) and Member of the Board of DIGITALEUROPE (2010-2014).

Özlem Fidancı, a graduate of Boğaziçi University in Business Administration, began her career at Tetra Pak in 1992. She joined Philips in 1998 and held various managerial positions. In 2015, she became the President of Philips Health Systems for the Middle East and Turkey. Since 2021, she has been serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Versuni.

Born in 1977, M. Fatih Keresteci completed his master’s degree at the University of Birmingham. After holding various positions in the Treasury department at HSBC Bank for 16 years, he most recently served in senior management. He currently provides financial consulting services as a founding partner of Peninsula Capital Partners.

Born in 1980, Nihal Mashaki Seçkin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Galatasaray University. She has served as Corporate Governance Director at Türkiye Finans, CEO Advisor at Şişecam, and corporate governance consultant at Karpowership. Seçkin is a Board Member of TKYD and a registered lawyer and mediator with the Istanbul Bar. She holds professional certifications in leadership, corporate governance, company secretarial practices, and sustainability from London Business School, ICSA, EM, and IFC. Since 2019, she has been a member of the IFC's sustainability and corporate governance training program. She has participated as a co-chair and member of various committees in the project aimed at increasing women's representation on boards, conducted under the leadership of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since 2020. She speaks English, French, Turkish, and Arabic.
